Qué maravilloso regalo para los oídos y el alma, la conocí en un antiguo programa de la Radio Universidad Técnica de Santiago en que tocaban este tipo de melodías y quedé enamorada de esta pieza. La tengo grabada en cassette, que se usaba en ese tiempo y la guardo como tesoro, "Púrpura Obscuro". No sabía que era la soberbia Orquesta de Victor Silvester. I was about 3yrs old (1960) when I heard this song for the first time, playing on my grandmother's old gramophone - very fond memories. PS: I'm German speaking myself.

I’m listening this tonight trying to comprehend life in this day . My Flemish Grandmother is now passing at 96 and always recalled this song . She was only 12 years old when Antwerp was occupied . She has been the link to my past and my hope for the future for 58 years .

Your color work is excellent - I recognize the song as -You Are My Lucky Star - I have lived in England - I now live in Ireland -and have done so for many years -I was born in 1964 and spent the years 1965 to 1968 leaving in Berlin - I would love to see these films in all their color glory with subtitles -I do have a copy of The Blue Angel
